1. If you have accepted our terms and conditions while placing an order, it means that you are accepting our terms and conditions.
  2. If you want to process a refund, please keep the following points in mind for this.
  3. If the shipment is picked up by a courier company, then the courier charge will not be refunded.
  4. If you are returning the product without any type of defect, the product return will not be taken back.
  5. The color, size, fabric that you have chosen at the time of order and later for some reason will not go out if you do not like it and neither will it come back.
  6. Customized designed products will not be returned under any circumstances.
  7. In the event of wear and tear, your product will be replaced or returned when you will be in compliance within 2 hours of receipt of the product.
  8. There is a video opening when the product is open, only then will the compliant be accepted and will be refunded.
  9. In the event of a return or refund, the courier charge on both sides will not be refunded.
  10. If you have found the product in good condition, and we get the product damage in return, then the charge of damage will also be deducted.
  11. Return customer has to send from their courier and must have online tracking id which is given by courier company.
  12. The complaint will be sent to us by mail. The product packet opening video should also be included with the component if the product is found broken or torn.
